NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mad River Township Zoning Commission of Champaign County, Ohio, will hold a public hearing concerning proposed amendments to the Mad River Township Zoning Resolution at 6:30 PM on Monday, March 20, 2017, in the Mad River Township Building at 2773 Vance Road, Urbana, OH 43078.
The proposed amendments, initiated by motion of the Zoning Commission, propose to amend the text of the Zoning Resolution. The amendments include changes to: Section 101 Use of Land or Buildings for Agricultural Purposes Not Affected, Article II Definitions, Section 543 Variances, Section 563General Standards Applicable to all Conditional Uses, Section 810 Rural District (U-1), the Other Provisions and Requirements in the Official Schedule of District Regulations, Section 1320 General Standards for Manufactured or Mobile Home Parks, and Section 1341 Mobile Homes Individually. The text and map of the proposed amendments will be available for examination at the St. Paris Public Library during normal operating hours and on the Logan-Union-Champaign (LUC) Regional Planning Commission website at www.lucplanning.com for a period of 10 days prior to the public hearing.
After the conclusion of the public hearing the matter will be submitted to the Mad River Township Board of Trustees for its action within 30 days.
