NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Mad River Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider a zoning variance application submitted by Jacquewin Arnold concerning her 38-acre lot at 4444 U.S. Rt. 36, Urbana, OH (in Westville). The lot includes an easement through the parking lot of Renewed Strength Church, and Mrs. Arnold wants to split the lot to form a 10-acre building lot accessed via the easement. Variance from the 150’ frontage requirement for building lots (Zoning Resolution, Article IX) is requested. The hearing will be held at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the Mad River Township Building located at 2773 Vance Road, St. Paris, OH 43072.
